There may be times where members hire online at around the same time with the same dates, or a deposit for the hire has not been received.
When a new application has been received it will be listed in the admin home page, and an email would have been sent to admin, detailing the reservation.
To go the reservation, click on the blue button. e.g. “Approve BC1”
These buttons will not be visible once the reservation has been approved.
In the Booking/Reservation page, click the approve button to add the new member and the reservation details. The reservation will be added the current Reservations list, and a new member will be created with an auto debit for their membership fees for the member category they signed up for.
Notes recorded from the online reservation will be transferred to the member “PRIVATE notes” in the member detail page.
